This is a perfect mid-day pick me up, afternoon snack, or healthy dessert. It packs well in a lunchbox, too, and makes a great alternative to a sugar-filled yogurt squeeze tube.
Making this takes all of 5 minutes active cooking time and some waiting. It’s so worth it! You’ll need:
- 5-6 ounces Greek-style yogurt (preferably plain)
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (I love using a combo of almond and coconut)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup; you can adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
