Here is a recipe for a healthy vegan banana and chia seeds smoothie. Nutritive and healthy drink for hot summer days.

Ingredients :

1 cup of water (plus 2-3 Tbs for blending)

1 1/2 Tbs chia seeds (soak for 20-30 mins)

One ripe banana

Honey or 1 tbs of sugar

3 dates (here is used Ajwa)

1 1/2 Tbs coconut milk powder (or coconut milk)

A drop of vanilla essence

1 Tbs flax seeds powder
