1 1/2 Tbs chia seeds (soak for 20-30 mins)
Honey or 1 tbs of sugar
3 dates (here is used Ajwa)
1 1/2 Tbs coconut milk powder (or coconut milk)
A drop of vanilla essence
1 Tbs flax seeds powder
