Low Sugar Chia Seed Protein Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

Chop oats, grate and peel apple or use apple sauce. Mix together and form into balls. Adjust your oats to get the consistency just right to pack together. Blend together, roll and cut or make into balls. Store in the refrigerator or freezer. Refrigerate or freeze till ready to use them. Tip: Get plenty of veggies, protein and don’t forget your supplements, and probiotics.
