Ingredients:
- 3 1/3 Cup Old Fashioned Oats (Not Instant or Quick!)
- 6 Cup Almond Milk (Regular Milk is fine it just increases calories)
- 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds – click to buy
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/2 Cup Peanut or Almond Butter
- 2 Sweet Apples Chopped Finely (Gala, Fuji, Honeycrisp)
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl then distribute them into 10 clean mason jars. Refrigerate at least overnight but they stay good up to 1 week in the fridge.
These fiber and protein packed fridge oats will help keep you full until lunch to make sure you do not make an unhealthy decision or overeat when lunchtime does come.
