Healthy Apple, Banana And Chia Seed Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups banana chunks
  • fresh 2 cups apple chunks of your choice, fresh, peeled
  • 2 cups thick or frozen yogurt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until. Pour into glasses  and decorate with red apple slivers and banana chunks.
