Chia seed pudding is awesome for breakfast or snack. They are amazingly nutritious and delicious. Chia seeds are also considered a kind of superfood because they are full of fiber, protein, Omega 3 fats, and vitamins ! Make ahead and leave overnight! Enjoy with some freshly blend fruit or coffee. Here are recipes for basic Chia pudding, followed by 3 flavors, very berry, tropical heat, and mocha love.
Basic Chia Pudding
- 6 tbsp chia seeds
- 500ml almond milk
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Very Berry Chia Pudding
- 1/2 glass of basic chia pudding
- 1 cup frozen berries
- Some water & yogurt (For dairy free options: substitute with almond milk or coconut milk)
- Some maple syrup (optional)
Tropical Heat Chia Pudding
- 1/2 glass of basic Chia pudding
- 1/2 cup of tropical fruits
- 1/2 cup frozen bananas
- Some water & yogurt (For dairy free options: substitute with almond milk or coconut milk)

Mocha Love Chia Pudding
- 1 glass of basic Chia pudding
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- Some cold coffee
