Here is the recipe for chia seeds mango pudding a delicious, yet simple dessert.

  • 1 Cup (250 ml) of Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tsp of Sugar/Honey/Maple Syrup (Optional)
  • 1 Mango

Take a mixing bowl and add 1 cup of coconut milk. Firstly, add 3 tbsp of chia seeds.

Secondly you need to add one teaspoon of sugar or honey. Also, you can use coconut sugar.

After you mixed it well let it rest for 5 minutes. Mix it again and let it stay for another 5 minutes. Mix and put it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

It has become so thick and creamy and it is time to proceed to the next step.

Now it is time to make mango puree in a blending jar.

Add one cup of chopped mangoes and blend it well to make a smooth puree. You can add some water if needed.

Take a glass where you are going to serve the dessert and pour coconut milk and chia seeds mixture. After that add mango puree on top of it.

For decoration use some chopped mangos. Also, you can put a few Mint leaves.

Since it should be served chilled, chia seed mango pudding is perfect dessert for hot summer days.
