Another healthy recipe for weight loss – Chia seeds water with lemon and honey.
- 2 tbs of Chia seeds
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lemon
- Mint leaves
- 1 1/2 tbs honey
Soak 2 tbs chia seeds in 1/2 cup of water and let it stay for 30-45 minutes.
Squeeze one half of lemon and add honey and 3 tsp of soaked chia seeds. Add water and mix well.
Add sliced lemon and mint leaves.
