Ingridants :
- Milk 1cup
- Chia seeds 3 tsps
- Honey or maple syrup 2 tsp
- Assorted fruits – apple, banana, pomegranate, berries…
- Nuts – almonds, raisins and walnuts
Soak chia seeds in milk and add honey or maple syrup. Stir well. Let it stay in the fridge overnight.
In the morning just fruits and nuts and healthy and nutrient packed breakfast is ready.
