Quick Vegan Chia Seed Cracker Recipe

We all love crackers but they are made of mostly simple carbs. Every time after we eat them, we always crave more and more. This is the healthy and very simple chia seed cracker recipe that only uses chia seeds and water.

Ingredients:

Pour chia seeds onto a parchment paper along with 1/4 cup water. Stir the mixture very well with a spoon. Add in seasoning and mix the dough again then flatten the dough with a spoon into a very thin layer. Put it into a baking pan or on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15 min then flip it over and bake it for another 15 min.

Let the chia seed cracker cool for 10 min then break them into free cracker forms.
