Chia Seeds Drink With Beetroot And Cucumber

Chia seeds are well known for its superpower benefits. This superfood contains Omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, antioxidants, iron, and calcium which are essential for the human body.

Everyone should include this in their daily routine by some means.

Here is a recipe for tasty and healthy drink which is very easy to prepare.

You will just need the following ingredients:

  • one Beetroot
  • one cucumber
  • one slice of ginger
  • 1 tsp of chia seeds soaked in water over night
  • A few drops of lemon
  • salt as per taste

Put all ingredients, except chia seeds, into a blender. Blend them until you get smooth texture.

Drain the juice and add soaked chia seeds. Add a few drops of lemon and salt.

This drink is full of antioxidants and have numerous health benefits.
