Here is a recipe for tasty and healthy drink which is very easy to prepare.
You will just need the following ingredients:
- one Beetroot
- one cucumber
- one slice of ginger
- 1 tsp of chia seeds soaked in water over night
- A few drops of lemon
- salt as per taste
Put all ingredients, except chia seeds, into a blender. Blend them until you get smooth texture.
Drain the juice and add soaked chia seeds. Add a few drops of lemon and salt.
This drink is full of antioxidants and have numerous health benefits.
